Don Rafael, rolled by Jose Dominguez in the same boutique cigar factory that makes Victor Sinclair, is a well-constructed, mild to medium-bodied smoke from the Dominican Republic. Comprised of a Dominican binder, all-Dominican long filler leaves and a Connecticut seed broadleaf wrapper grown in Ecuador.
