Celebrating 80 years of Oliveros.
The Oliveros name was born in Cuba in 1927, and now spans 3 generations in the premium cigar business. Oliveros Eight Zero celebrates this rich history with an elegant, medium to full-bodied blend that's smooth and sophisticated. At play is an aged mixture of long-leaf tobaccos from Nicaragua, Honduras, the Dominican and Colombia, secured by a flavorful Costa Rican binder. And then, the wrapper. A dark and toothy Honduran Habano leaf that's oily and sports a lovely reddish-hue. The result is a complex, satisfying array of flavor with notes of toast, earth and spice, rounding out its chewy core.
Cigar Aficionado gave Oliveros Eight Zero an impressive '89' rating, commenting:
"A dark, oily cigar with an even draw and burn. It is creamy and woody with some light spice notes and a minty finish."
